AAI Joins Coalition in Urging Congress to Overturn Twombly and Iqbal

A coalition of more than 35 groups, including the American Antitrust Institute, sent letters to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees urging lawmakers to restore the Conley v. Gibson pleading standards that were dismissed in the recent Twombly and Iqbal Supreme Court decisions.
