Foer Urges FTC Workshop to Use Section 5 as a Bridge Toward Convergence

In a statement on the meaning of the FTCA, AAI President Bert Foer suggests that Section 5 can reach abuse of dominance and that the Federal Trade Commission should attempt to develop guidance along with the European Commission to provide as much compatible clarity as possible.
