AAI Updates FTC on DTV Transition and Pending Petition

In a brief letter to the FTC, the AAI reminded the Commission that there has been no reply to its petition to investigate alleged patent holdup conduct by Rembrandt, Inc., and called the Commission's attention to multiple allegations of patent holdup in the context of the digital television transition that will occur in February.
