Is Asia Showing Progress with Antitrust Enforcement? Annual Conference Breakout Session Summary Now Available

While Asia has not traditionally been a focal point of antitrust enforcement, recent years have seen an increased level of enforcement and some important changes to the jurisprudential landscape.  On June 18, U.S. DOJ’s Director of Economic Research and Director of International Technical Assistance in the Economic Analysis Group Russell Pittman moderated the breakout session "Asia—A Progress Report” at AAI's Annual Conference.
