AAI Endorses H.R. 5638 Bill

In a letter today to The Hon. Zoe Lofgren, the American Antitrust Institute endorsed H.R. 5638. The bill creates an exception to infringement of design patents for certain component parts used to repair another article of manufacture.  Read the letter here.
