The Federal Register - The Federal Register is available online, back to 1994, in a fully searchable and browsable form. The Federal Register is the official daily publication for Rules, Proposed Rules, and Notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as Executive Orders and other Presidential Documents.
Regulations.gov This useful U.S. Government web site makes it easier for the public to participate in the Federal rulemaking process at over 150 government agencies. The site allows the public to locate, review and directly comment on proposed federal rules and regulations that are currently open for comment and published in the Federal Register. It is searchable by topic or agency, and offers links to all agencies with rulemaking authority, as well as to the Federal Register's Topical Guide to Regulations and Services.
